Fairchance Borough currently has a significant backlog of overdue solid waste accounts. As of the most recent delinquency report, the total outstanding balance for unpaid solid waste accounts is $13,433.34.

Residents are strongly encouraged to review the delinquent account list and contact the Borough Office immediately if payment is due, if payment arrangements are needed, or if they believe there is an error with their account.

Unpaid solid waste balances directly impact the Borough’s ability to continue managing and providing solid waste services to the community. Continued failure to pay may result in additional collection action, fees, penalties, and/or any other remedies available to the Borough.

Payments may be made in person at the Borough Office, over the phone, or online.
